All guests staying in the motels during camps should be familiar with the policies in the Parent Handbook and by staying on Oselia during camp weeks, acknowledge that they will adhere to the following policies:

• Consecutive 6-night reservations are $450 and 7-night reservations are now $525. Any additional nights are $85/each. There was a slight adjustment to the 7-night rate to account for improvements being made to the motels in 2023, including new queen mattresses.
• There is no guarantee you will receive a room.
• Weekly motel reservations will require check-in on Saturdays/Sundays after 3:00pm and check-out on Saturdays/Sundays by 11:00am. 
• Motel reservations will be prioritized for parents or guardians of children participating in camp. 
• If you withdraw camp registration for a given week, your motel reservation for that week will be forfeited and given to the next eligible requestor.
